These terms apply to your use of SCADA Wiz (scadawiz.com), a free set of browser-based calculators for control systems and SCADA engineers. By using this site, you agree to them.
Every calculator on this site is a reference tool, not a substitute for your device's documentation, commissioning procedure, or professional engineering judgement. Card ranges, byte-ordering conventions, tax-style thresholds and protocol constants (Modbus, DNP3, NAMUR NE43, etc.) vary by vendor and configuration. Always verify results against your actual hardware and site documentation before acting on them — especially for anything safety-related, in a live SCADA/control environment, or affecting plant operation.
The calculators are provided "as is", free of charge, with no warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCADA Wiz and its operator aren't liable for any loss, damage, downtime, or safety incident arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its output.
All calculations, decoding, and file parsing (including pcap/pcapng uploads) run locally in your browser; we don't receive or store what you enter or upload. See the Privacy Policy for details on analytics.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access that we reasonably believe harms the service or other users.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
